In the screenshot of the shopkeeper window, you can see the inventory tool. This is the interface which allows you to enter the details about each product, such as item sku, price etc., then add the pictures. From here you can decide if this item will appear in your website catalogue or not.

The shopkeeper interface has a feature for dumping your inventory into a csv file, which can then be imported into you favorite label software for printing your labels for your store.
